Cancellation Policy

Now for the fun part – unfortunately, adventure companies need cancellation policies since they’re reserving time slots and preparing equipment for you.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Tour, Lesson, or Rental in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours and on the day prior to your reservation start date will be charged 50% of the reservation total. Cancellations made on the day of your reservation will be charged in full / 100%. Reschedule requests made on the day prior to your reservation before 5pm will not incur a rescheduling fee. Reschedule requests made on the day of your reservation will incur a rescheduling fee to cover the time and resources used to prepare your adventure.

Damaged or Lost Equipment Policy

When you rent our equipment you agree to the cost of repair or replacement. Little scratches, nicks, paint chips, soft top peels are o.k. It is the actual breakage, buckling, dents, or damage done to equipment that requires the replacement of parts or drastically devalues the equipment. When renting our equipment you are agreeing to be accountable for the equipment if damaged or lost; you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs in such cases.
