Cancellation Policy
Now for the fun part – unfortunately, adventure companies need cancellation policies since they’re reserving time slots and preparing equipment for you.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are placed more than 24 hours prior to the reservation start time. Please call more than 24 hours prior to your reservation start time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation start time will be charged 100% of the reservation total. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of your reservation start time will incur a 25% reservation fee (25% of the reservation total) to cover the team's time and resources spent. Reschedule requests made on the day prior to your reservation before 4pm will not incur a rescheduling fee.
Damaged or Lost Equipment Policy
When you rent our equipment you agree to the cost of repair or replacement. Little scratches, nicks, paint chips, soft top peels are o.k. It is the actual breakage, buckling, dents, or damage done to equipment that requires the replacement of parts or drastically devalues the equipment. When renting our equipment you are agreeing to be accountable for the equipment if damaged or lost; you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs in such cases.
