Cancellation Policy - Central Coast

Now for the fun part – unfortunately, adventure companies need cancellation policies because they are reserving time slots, equipment, and guides for you.

Please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your Lessons and or Rentals. If you do not call 24 hours in advance to cancel you will be charged in full. If you call outside of 24 hours, then we can offer a full refund.

If you need to reschedule we will do our best based upon availability at no additional charge. We look forward to seeing you!

When you rent our equipment, you agree to the cost of repair or replacement via our liability waiver. Little scratches, nicks, paint chips, soft top peels are fine. We are more concerned about actual breakage, buckling, dents, or damage done to equipment that requires the replacement of parts, or drastically devalues the equipment.

When renting our equipment you are agreeing to be accountable for the equipment if damaged or lost; you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs in such cases.
