Paddle Surfing Lessons
Surfing on a stand up paddleboard is catching the attention of many beach goers and waterman as it allows for catching waves year round in Santa Barbara. You’re able to get into very small gentle waves which is what Santa Barbara is known for in the summers; these large surf boards (SUPs) also increase the amount of time you have on each wave as you’re able to get onto the wave earlier lengthening your ride. All this translates into a good time for those of all levels! This activity serves as a great segue into surfing. For those brand new to stand up paddling we recommend a stand up paddle lesson first and with those that pick it up quickly we can move into a paddle surf lesson by the end. About half the first timers will want to take a second lesson for paddle surfing.
The meeting location changes with wave size and tide so we’ll let you know which surf break to meet upon booking which you can do over the phone or through email on our contact page.

I realized the knowledge I had gained through my own pursuits could be used to help others live happier and healthier lives”.
